Challenging Leaders To Think Like Service Providers
In what seems to be consistent, uncharted territory these days, we’re all being challenged to think differently. Leaders in today’s unique times are finding that it’s becoming even more important to be flexible, agile, adaptable, empathetic, and patient. The question often posed to leaders is, how are you approaching leadership in this season? It’s important to take that one step further and ask, are you thinking like a service provider in the way you lead today?

Maintaining Your Self Confidence
Growing up playing sports and music, I always envied my teammates and peers who had the innate ability to maintain heightened levels of confidence, even during times of adversity. Business Ownership - What I've Learned So Far
Seven months ago, I cut ties with corporate employment to start my own search practice - Cultura Solutions (https://www.cultura-solutions.com/) . For six months prior, I tirelessly laid out detailed plans for the business. I spent hours upon hours diligently architecting these plans. Admittedly, doing so gave me energy. I believe it gave me the necessary energy to actually "make it happen". Without that energy, I may have never started a business at all or I may have done so without enthusiasm which would have been a recipe for early disaster.
