Lexy Johnson

Lexy serves as Director of Executive Search, and partners with clients mainly across Commercial Services industry verticals.  As a proud University of St. Thomas alumnus, Lexy started her career with the largest technology search firm in the country, where she succeeded year-over-year as a top producer in the Twin Cities supporting talent strategies for clients including UnitedHealth Group, Fairview M Health, Best Buy, Ecolab, and Target. 

Lexy joined Cultura Solutions in 2018 tasked with leveraging her established executive level relationships to develop the firm's client portfolio. Since joining, she has contributed significantly to the growth of the firm, leading executive search interests for clients ranging from third-generation, family-run specialty contractors, to $5B+ globally distributed, vertically integrated real estate development and general contracting enterprises. 

Lexy has facilitated the placement of over 24 leaders during her tenure, including Director of Customer Experience, President, Technology Practice Director, Vice President of Marketing, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Sales, among other cross-functional corporate leaders.
