On the forefront of every search assignment, we spend time onsite with your team asking the right questions about culture, strategic plans, and what makes your organization and leadership team unique.

We take a consultative approach to understanding your leadership talent gap and the specific skills and experience needed to bridge that gap. People involved in making hiring decisions often have differing opinions about particular skill set needs which is a major roadblock to achieving success. We will align your team on what is needed for a successful hire.

Strategic Research & Sourcing

Each individual leadership search requires a custom and creative approach to sourcing, research, and messaging strategy.

We allow no stone to go unturned during this process. Our three to five day comprehensive sourcing exercise involves diligent research on your industry and its hiring trends while we leverage our networks, senior industry leaders, and other circles of influence for information and referrals.

Our final day of research is spent precisely defining our method of messaging your organization and the unique aspects we discovered during the intake process.

Outreach

Two-Week Progress Report

Two weeks from the start of our outreach process, we will share a detailed search progress report with your hiring team. This is a critical alignment exercise where we will outline our search strategy thus far, market intelligence and trend information, activity numbers, and the top candidate prospects who we are pursuing at that time.

Thorough Evaluation

We spend several hours with every top candidate prospect assessing for culture fit and suitability to key hiring criteria, while gauging and influencing their interest level.

We take our candidate’s careers very seriously and help to ensure your opportunity is right for their career. While we do "interview" candidates, we spend more time building authentic relationships with them to truly understand who they are as people, how they fit your culture, and their true career aspirations.

Formal Candidate Presentation

We do not simply "submit" candidates via emails. We meet onsite with hiring teams and formally present a targeted group of highly talented candidate prospects. We do the hard work of selecting only the most impactful candidate prospects who we believe are hireable.

We share candidate data comparisons and candidate summaries in addition to resumes and our own perspectives. Our knowledge is transferred to you so that you can make sound decisions during your interview process saving you time and increasing productivity.
