Cultura Solutions announces another critical addition to its leadership team in Matt Jensen as the firm continues on its growth trajectory.  Jensen joins the firm as Director of Executive Search tasked with leveraging his extensive background building executive search practices for fortune 500 enterprise corporations, particularly within Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Markets, to drive the continued growth of the firm's portfolio.

Jensen comes to Cultura Solutions directly from General Electric's $17B Renewables business, where he led the internal executive search practice, partnering with the senior executive team to define internal and external executive level hiring needs while executing end-to-end assignments.

Prior to GE, Jensen established the first-ever internal executive search practice at Ecolab where he was responsible for all executive recruitment across all functions, placing impactful leaders in general management, marketing, technology, strategy and business development, and supply chain.
