Andersen’s organization includes its high growth full service replacement window subsidiary, Renewal by Andersen. Renewal by Andersen, headquartered in Cottage Grove, MN, drives billions of dollars in sales through company-owned field locations and a robust network of over 90 independently-owned affiliate locations. Having grown extensively over the last decade and with its low profile hiring brand, Renewal by Andersen was challenged by identifying highly impactful leadership talent within its corporate teams and into their field locations nationwide.
